While Lollapalooza went viral for the triggering images of the massive crowd at Grant Park in the middle of a pandemic, the festival provided other viral moments as well.
For instance, a video circulating social media shows an altercation between three men across the street from the festival tussling near a hotel window. One guy is seen getting thrown through the window before attempting to drag himself away from the melee as he rived in pain.
According to Chicago Police, the altercation was over entrance "bad wristbands" for the festival. All three men involved were hospitalized for minor cuts resulting from the shattered glass. Authorities are still investigating the matter, and no arrests have been made.
