Toronto rapper Top5 released a new music video Thursday despite being wanted in Canada for a first-degree murder charge. The new video is for the song, "Movie," which features Why G and Pressa's older brother Bundog, who recently completed a 10-year sentence.

Since being charged with murder in May, Top5 -- whose real name is Hassan Ali -- has been on the run. While evading the authorities, the rapper has made multiple appearances on social media and taunted law enforcement.

Most recently, Top5 taunted Toronto Mayor John Tory on Instagram Live, while stating he wanted a sit-down.

"You guys wanna link up? Call John Tory and tell him I f****** want a sit-down for f****** 30 minutes," Top5 said. "I wanna spit my facts, and he'll spit his facts. I run Toronto, you f****** goof."

Top5's charges stem from the January killing of 20-year-old Hashim Omar Hashi. Top5 and another suspect were arrested for the murder weeks later. The rapper was originally charged with being an accessory after the fact to murder, two counts of failing to comply with probation, and multiple drug-related charges before the charges were upgraded.
