In the latest clip, Gene Deal recalled the moments that started to escalate the East Coast-West Coast feud. He spoke on Diddy's decision to release "Who Shot Ya" as a single after 2Pac was shot in New York. Deal claimed Diddy knew it wasn't good timing but knew the controversy would generate buzz. He also addressed Biggie's decision to call a New York radio station and say the city was looking soft for allowing Snoop Dogg and Tha Dogg Pound to shoot the "New York, New York" music video in Brooklyn.
