Casanova was arrested in December and has been locked up ever since after he was denied bail. The rapper has denied all of the allegations being put together in a RICO case against him, but now reports are surfacing claiming an alleged associate of his—Shantay Outlaw, has struck a plea deal with the feds.
It was noted that the Untouchable Gorilla Stone Nation had been hit with weapon charges, drug charges, gang activity, and murder charges. Outlaw, also known as “Easy,” allegedly participated in some offenses while supervising USGN’s finances.
According to AllHipHop, Outlaw’s part in the organization was revealed through wiretaps. The woman has been accused of creating a fake non-profit organization called D.A. E.M.P.I.R.E., which stands for Determined Adults Exceedingly Motivating Peers Into Responsible Entrepreneurs. The non-profit allegedly was used to filter grants to members of the USGN organization. This comes after it was revealed that two others on the RICO indictment agreed to plea deals. Stay tuned for more updates.
