Fans are mourning the loss of rising Memphis rapper YNC Capo, who was reportedly shot and killed on Sunday, August 15.
After rumors spread of the rapper's death, a friend of Capo's confirmed the passing on social media. Reports claim the rapper was fatally shot but neither law enforcement nor his family has confirmed the cause of death.
YNC Capo was allegedly a member of Chief Keef's Glo Gang and gained a buzz with the 2019 release of "Feeling Like Kevo." The music video has gained over 8 million views since its release and was followed by several more singles, two of which received over 100,000 YouTube views.
Investigators have not confirmed a cause of death or identified an alleged suspect at this time.
