In this flashback, Cassidy started out by stating that he's never had a ghostwriter, but he added that he's been a ghostwriter for other rappers, including well-known artists. When asked if any rapper who uses ghostwriters should be considered in a top-10 list, Cassidy was quick to say, "No," adding, "How can you be in any list of whatever type of rapper if you can't rap?" Cassidy went on to point out the differences in singers and rappers, and he stated that rappers are expected to rap. He then added that ghostwriting has been in hip-hop since the beginning of time, and Cassidy spoke about the large writing groups that contribute to big artists' albums, including Kanye.
