Drake celebrated the release of his new album, Certified Lover Boy, by hosting a guest mix on SiriusXM’s Sound 42 radio show Saturday morning. A number of unreleased songs were premiered during the broadcast, including a Kanye West track featuring Andre 3000.
Titled, "Life of the Party," the song is alleged to have been a leftover from Kanye's recent album, Donda. While Kanye previewed the song in Berlin earlier this week, his rap rival managed to get his hands on the full track. In the song, Kanye West calls out Drake while claiming the Gangster Disciples gang.
"I put Virgil and Drake on the same text and it wasn't about the matching Arc'teryx or Kid Cudi dress / Just told these grown men stop it with the funny s***," Kanye raps in the six-and-a-half-minute tracks before adding, "Thought we was the new Abu Dhabi / Told Drake don't play with me on GD / And he sent that message to everybody / So if I hit you with a 'WYD,' you better hit me with, 'Yessir, I'm writing everything you need.' I told you I was gonna take the summer back / So any of the cap, won't take none of that / Where my motherf***** red hat?"
Drake's leak is yet another chapter in his years-long feud with Kanye West. Within the past month, the rap superstar has subliminally dissed Kanye on the Certified Lover Boy track, "7AM on Bridle Path," and Trippie Redd's "Betrayal."
During the radio show, Drake also debuted a remix of Playboi Carti's "One Day," and collaborative track with Nigerian singer Rema called "Mention Me."
