In the latest clip, Thirstin Howl the 3rd described getting "tested" on a daily basis in Brownsville due to his Puerto Rican descent and skin tone. While he admitted to having run-ins with the police at an early age, he said his first serious charge came as a result of him assaulting school kids for their coats.
