Previously, Polo G was in the news after being arrested in Downtown Los Angeles for carrying a concealed weapon. The rapper was hit with a felony charge but was ultimately released from jail after posting a $35,000 bond. As of now, Polo G is scheduled to appear in court for the matter on January 6. Since then, the rapper has shifted his focus to something more positive, as he went out of his way to do something special for his grandmother.
Via Instagram, Polo G revealed that he copped a new house for his grandmother. In the caption of a video showing the new home, Polo G said, “I finally just closed on buyin my granny a house. when I was a lil boy I used to tell ha I was gone get rich & make it happen when I grow up.” He continued saying, “I used to think I was gone do it from hoopin or sum. Who woulda thought bad a** Lil man man was gone b a rapper lol….this s**t hit different tho.” Polo G’s generosity doesn’t stop there, as he copped a new home for his mother earlier this year as well.
