The rise in expensive jewelry has gotten even more extravagant in hip hop, with rappers using newly-inked deals to turn their neck and wrists into polarizing displays of decadence. Many rappers, entertainers, and more use their jewelry to flex, but Lil Durk has taken to social media to deliver a warning to those who sport their diamonds and jewels on the regular.
Durk took time to call out jewelers who are ripping people off without the buyers knowing, saying, “Stop buying all this jewelry without knowing what you doing.” He continued saying, “Alot of the s**t fake and some is over priced get 1 jeweler and stick to em I'm telling you y'all a** gone be pissed when the truth come out."
