Pastor Troy came through for his first-ever VladTV interview, and he started out speaking about growing up in College Park, Georgia. He explained that his father was a drill instructor, and then he later became a pastor, which mean that Pastor Troy and his siblings were no longer allowed to listen to rap music at home. Pastor Troy explained how he was heartbroken over not being able to listen to his favorite genre of music, which he said was cemented with the 1984 movie starring Melle Mel, "Beat Street." Pastor Troy then went on to speak about how he started taking rap more seriously when he left home for college, which you can hear more about above.
