Part 1: John Salley on Russell Westbrook & Kid Cudi Wearing Dresses

In the latest clip, John Salley was asked if he thought Russell Westbrook was a Hall of Famer. Salley responded with "maybe" before pondering the criteria for players who are selected. He pointed out that he had better stats than a handful of Hall of Famers and concluded that championships are the most helpful factors to entering the Hall of Fame. Salley spoke more about Westbrook wearing a dress and wondered what the NBA guard was trying to accomplish by posting the photos.
