Brandon "Untouchable Dot" Nieves, who prosecutors have described as the "Godfather" of the Gorilla Stone Reign, has reportedly taken a plea deal in the RICO case involving rapper Casanova.
According to AllHipHop, Nieves will accept a guilty plea on November 18, after he was charged with Racketeering Conspiracy, Narcotics Conspiracy, Possession of Firearms in Furtherance of Narcotics Conspiracy, and Aiding and Abetting.
Prosecutors brought forth evidence against Nieves in the case, including a wiretap that reportedly includes him speaking to two other Gorilla Stone members, who were plotting to stab other members who violated the rules in prison. Another wiretap saw Nieves speaking with alleged Gorilla Stone member Ahmed "Ammo" Walker about selling drugs and other illegal activities.
At the time of his arrest in the RICO case, Nieves was on probation for ordering a prison stabbing in 2015. He now faces a mandatory minimum sentence of 15 years in prison.
