After coming forward for her first on-air interview, Nicki Minaj's husband's accuser reportedly received threats from Nicki's fans for her testimony.
Jennifer Hough appeared on "The Real" where she detailed the 1994 attack which led to Petty's eventual guilty plea for attempted rape in 1995. After the interview, Hough's attorney Tyrone Blackburn says she is now being bombarded with death threats while also being accused of seeking financial gain.
Some of the messages Hough has received include, “Hope you die b**ch … Clout chaser leave nicki alone.” Another said, “You’re just a thief trying to make money off Nicki Minaj and Kenneth’s name.”
Blackburn also said that fans of Nicki have shared Hough's personal information, reinforcing the fear she has been living in since her identity was made public. Just last month, Hough filed a lawsuit accusing the couple of harassing her in an attempt to have her recant her story. The lawsuit claims Nicki personally conducted Hough to get her to recant and even tried bribing her brother with $500,000 to help persuade Hough to rescind the story.
