Update 09/25/2021 1:19pm:
Previously, a sexual assault lawsuit against artist Marilyn Manson was dismissed. The judge in the case says the statute of limitations for the accuser’s claims had passed. Now, it has been reported that the accusers in the lawsuit have refiled their claims.
The judge in the case said the initial allegations weren’t “sufficient to invoke the delayed discovery rule.” Along with that, the judge noted one of the accusers in the case—a woman identified as “Jane Doe” had 20 days to amend the initial filing with new details. According to Rolling Stone, the accuser refiled the suit and added further information in the mix.
Court documents that surfaced found Jane Doe alleging that the singer said he would “bash her head in” if she spoke about the alleged assault to the cops. Jane Doe also said she should be able to qualify for the delayed discovery rule because she “initially repressed memories of the alleged assault.” Stay tuned for more updates.

According to TMZ, a judge dismissed the sexual assault lawsuit against Marilyn Manson.
The lawsuit was dismissed on Tuesday after a judge determined the accuser's claims had passed the statute of limitations. News broke last month about Manson getting sued by a Jane Doe who claimed the pair dated in 2011 before their relationship took a drastic turn, culminating in Manson allegedly raping her.
Per TMZ, "Manson's accuser claimed she repressed her memories of the alleged rape ... but the judge dismissed the suit because the woman couldn't specify how her memory was repressed, or why she didn't learn of it earlier."
While Manson was able to see this lawsuit dismissed, there are three other women with lawsuits against the 52-year-old artist including his former assistant and "Game of Thrones" star Esme Bianco. The Jane Doe in the case dismissed on Tuesday has 20 days to refile her complaint and address the judge's concerns about her repressed memory.
