Chicago rapper 600Breezy took to Instagram to celebrate being 7 months sober. He shared a post on Instagram this week, which he captioned, "7 months clean, No Lean No Pills No hard drugs at all. 6’5 240 pounds, Gym 3-4 times a week. Take care of yourself, don’t shorten your life span following trends."
This comes after 600Breezy opened up to VladTV back in 2017 about his history with using drugs, including drinking $1 million worth of Lean. He also shared a harrowing story about a woman taking advantage of him while he was on Xanax, which you can hear in full here.
