Kodak Black recently sat down with DJ Akademiks for his Off the Record podcast, and Kodak spoke about Donald Trump.
When it comes to people wanting Kodak to hate on Trump, he explained, "What y’all expect a n***a to do? Kodak be like, ‘Oh, F*** Trump’? Bless the n***a, homie... I would’ve still been in prison." When Akademiks asked if Kodak would perform at a Trump rally, he responded, "Hell yeah I'd come through. … He looked out for me."
After Trump commuted Kodak's sentence earlier this year, he took to Twitter to show Trump love, writing, "I want to thank the president. For his commitment to justice reform and shortening my sentence. I also want to thank everyone for their support and love."
