Speaking on the song's concept, Saigon talked about his up-and-down career and how his fame has impacted the way he's treated. Saigon said calls and free gifts become more infrequent as an artist's fame declines. DJ Vlad also recalled a conversation he had with Saigon, where the rapper admitted that his role in "Entourage" was cut because he was no longer the hot, buzzing rapper.
