Floyd "Money" Mayweather took to social media on Monday to weigh in on the Kyrie Irving situation and lend his support on the heels of the demonstrators storming Barclays Arena on Irving's behalf this past weekend.
Mayweather read a prepared statement that questioned the principles of freedom and liberty if not extended to accommodate Irving and others like him. Floyd pointed out the irony of Irving being celebrated as a competitor for the U.S. in the 2016 Olympics but noted how he's persona non grata now that he's doubled down on not getting the vaccine.
