DJ Akademiks and Freddie Gibbs rehashed their beef over the weekend and it's continuing to bleed into this week. The latest chapter in their back-and-forth comes after Gibbs got off a few jokes at Ak's expense and added that he could've "smoked" him if he wanted.
In response, Ak brought up an incident where Freddie Gibbs was targeted in a Brooklyn shooting that resulted in two of his associates getting struck by the gunfire. During the live stream, Ak ridiculed the Gary, IN native for threatening a blogger but not having the gall to retaliate on those who wounded his friends.
Fast forward to Tuesday, and Akademiks went on a Twitter rant regarding Gibbs calling him out for his alleged cooperation with police, having a dad who was law enforcement, and being a clout chaser, among other things.
