Lawsuits have been pouring in following the tragic situation at Travis Scott’s Astroworld Festival that went down in Houston this past weekend. A massive crowd surge left eight people dead and hundreds of people injured as a result. Houston Police spoke on the matter, saying they were investigating what led to the situation becoming deadly. Now, it appears the FBI is stepping into the situation to figure out what happened as well.

Judge Lina Hidalgo said, “We’re working to figure out which entity can do that investigation because there’s so many different players.” The judge noted the situation is complex because of all the agencies involved, including the Houston Fire Department, along with the Harris County Fire Department. Hidalgo also said that Travis Scott, the producers of the show, the promoters, and a private medical group would be focused on in the investigation. News of this comes after it was revealed that Travis Scott is facing multiple lawsuits for the tragic outcome. Stay tuned for more updates.
