Kid Cudi turned heads at the Council of Fashion Designers of America's award show Wednesday when he arrived in a wedding dress.
The music artist was spotted walking and holding hands with fashion designer Eli Russell Linnetz, who designed the dress. Features on the dress included a white tuxedo jacket, lace glove sleeves, and a veil. Cudi also wore a pair of cream sneakers to go with the gown.
On Twitter, Cudi explained that he got the inspiration from Nirvana frontman Kurt Cobain. Fans also compared the look to Dennis Rodman's famous wedding dress from 1996.
Wednesday's CFDA Fashion Awards was not the first time Cudi was seen wearing a dress. On multiple occasions, in 2021, the rapper has worn women's clothing at public events. This past April, he wore a dress during an appearance on Saturday Night Live and again during New York Fashion Week.
