According to reports, the number of lawsuits filed against organizers of the Astroworld Festival has risen to over 100. This comes after the event tragically found many people losing their lives due to a massive crowd surge. Along with that, hundreds of people were injured badly. The incident reportedly found numerous people being trampled and crushed due to the surge, while Travis Scott reportedly kept performing.

It was noted that by the time the Harris County District Court closed this past Friday, 108 lawsuits were filed against the producers of the event along with Live Nation. Drake was also mentioned in some of the suits as well.

A woman named Niaara Goods, who claims she suffered injuries while in the crowd, said, “The deadly crowd surge and its aftermath unfolded right in front of Webster and Graham. Nonetheless, they continued their performance while medical personnel struggled to reach the numerous unconscious and injured concertgoers.” One of the lawsuits alleges that women were sexually assaulted by other crowd members while the surge occurred. News of this comes after the family of a 9-year-old boy named Ezra Blount filed suit against Scott and the promoters.
