The closing arguments for the Kyle Rittenhouse case have begun, and the judge in the case recently dismissed gun charges against the 18-year-old alleged murderer. The Assistant D.A. in the case—Thomas Binger, made closing arguments this past Monday and made a gesture with evidence that was apparently shocking to the courtroom.
Binger was attempting to re-enact the scene that was caught by drone footage that showed Rittenhouse right before he fired his weapon, resulting in the deaths of two people and the wounding of a third person. Binger was trying to get his point across about how threatening Rittenhouse’s presence and intentions were with the weapon and managed to point an AR-15 at the jury, which caused much backlash.
The issue sparked concern due to the ‘Rust’ set tragedy where Alec Baldwin pointed a weapon he thought was a prop at the assistant director. As of now, the jury has started deliberations in the case. Take a look above.
