Travis McMichael, who fatally shot Ahmaud Arbery, testified that Arbery never threatened him, nor did he brandish a weapon before McMichael fired the fatal rounds. 

“Did Ahmaud Arbery reach into his pockets?” asked the prosecutor. McMichael replied, "No." 

McMichael answered "no" to the subsequent line of questions, which immediately clarified that Ahmaud Arbery wasn't an imminent threat to the McMicheals or anyone in the neighborhood where Arbery took his fateful jog.
