Previously, it was revealed that over 300 lawsuits amounting to over $3 billion were filed in relation to the Astroworld Festival tragedy, which took the lives of 10 people. Now, lawyers in the situation say that Travis Scott being financially liable for the tragedy is “a stretch.”
An attorney named Nick Rozansky who analyzed the current details of the case said “I think it'd be a stretch to put this on [Travis Scott].” This comes after details surfaced from a recent lawsuit that was filed against Live Nation, Apple and the rapper, which said “The resulting catastrophic incident and carnage were easily foreseeable and preventable had the Defendants acted in a reasonably prudent manner in planning a large-scale festival like Astroworld.” Stay tuned for more updates.
