A report on Sheff G facing a lawsuit over a collision with another woman's vehicle while fleeing police revealed the New York rapper was recently sentenced to two years behind bars after pleading guilty to a gun charge.
According to the report, Sheff G pleaded guilty to criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree and was sentenced on Oct. 20. The Brooklyn rapper was caught carrying a firearm during a traffic stop in January and was arrested for second-degree felony gun possession in July.
In a recent Instagram post, Sheff G wrote, "Freedom Is A Must .. Sending My Love To All My Fans & Supporters I’ll be Bacc Soon .. FREE ME ‼️"
Sheff G is currently being held at the Robert N. Davoren Center at Rikers Island.
