Recently, Travis Scott delivered an official response to many lawsuits against him. The number of lawsuits against him has the rapper facing up to billions of dollars in damage, and now a motion has been filed by the rapper’s team.
Reports noted that a motion was filed on behalf of the rapper, where he denied allegations against him filed in a lawsuit by a concertgoer named Jessie Garcia. The rapper asked for the suit to be dismissed for him, his Cactus Jack label, and Jack Enterprises.
Along with that, the rapper’s team filed a “general denial,” a move allowing Scott to respond to all civil suits filed against him at once. It was noted that Scott would more than likely issue the same response to the other suits. News of this comes after the rapper was reportedly hit with a “multi-district litigation” from 275 lawsuits with allegations that mirror the Garcia suit. Stay tuned for more updates.
