Rapper Foogiano, real name Kwame Brown, has been indicted on federal weapons charges for a 2020 shooting at Lavish Lounge in Greenville, SC that left two people dead and eight others injured.

According to local CBS affiliate WSPA, Foogiano was indicted for carrying a handgun as a convicted felon. Court records show Foogiano was extradited to Greenville last Friday (December 10) on two separate weapons charges. Further details regarding the case remain unknown.
