According to reports, late NFL star wide receiver Vincent Jackson's autopsy concluded that chronic alcohol use was his cause of death.
The Hillsborough County Medical Examiner's office released the findings on Wednesday and described Jackson's death as "natural." The 38-year-old was found dead in his Florida hotel room on Feb. 15 of this year.
It was also revealed that Jackson died while suffering from stage 2 CTE. His wife said the drinking helped him "feel calm." Jackson would've been 39 in January.
