In a brazen robbery, an Atlanta-metro area UPS driver was kidnapped at gunpoint and tied up while the robber took the driver's cargo.
According to reports, around 3:30 AM Monday, while a UPS tractor-trailer driver was stopped at a light, an armed man emerged and got inside the truck's cabin. The armed person forced the driver to go to Bankhead Court, a housing project, where the suspect and others tied up the driver and stole the cargo from the tractor-trailer.
The company tracked down the truck in Bankhead Court after being reported overdue. Upon retrieving the truck, employees found the driver bound but uninjured inside the trailer.
