King Yella took to Instagram to look back at leaving Chicago to move to Las Vegas five years ago, and he stated that he's never going back.
In an Instagram post shared on Monday (January 10), King Yella shared the photo of him in the airport along with the caption, "I left Chicago 5 years ago today wit one bag of clothes and 500 dollars came to Vegas and been straight every since told y’all I wasn’t Comin back 💯 chase y’all dreams don’t be stuck in one place it’s a whole world 🌎 out here to see ✅ #changeissmartnotscared."
In a post made in 2016, King Yella opened up about leaving his hometown, writing, "Chicago it was love but ain’t sh*t here but death & f**k n****s and million haters. [It’s] time to make sacrifices. I’ll be back for all my n****s and my fam, but it’s time to get rich for real. Surround myself with all bosses. #vegaslife. I done stopped my life for stupid b*****s and stupid sh*t. That sh*t over now. Watch me overcome all obstacles." He added, "It’s time to move on. Shout out my big bro @nichemoney for having my back."
