A list of GPAs from famous rappers started circulating online, and people were surprised by some of them, including J. Cole, who had a 4.2 GPA. Kendrick Lamar was listed as having a 4.0, while Drake had a 3.4 GPA.

The lowest on the list was DaBaby, who had a 1.8 GPA. The "Suge" rapper responded to the list on Twitter with a series of "cap" emojis, insinuating that the list is false.

There was also a list of artists who dropped out of school, including NBA YoungBoy, Rihanna, Eminem, Lil Wayne, and Jay-Z. Quavo, who wasn't on the list, spoke about Lil Wayne being an inspiration for him finishing high school. He explained, "I was doing stuff for the community and the school and everything. The school was always involved and just me being considered like a dropout, you’re not really an alumni."

He added, "My principal was a teacher of mine back in the day. He ended up being principal now and shout out to Principal Williams. Man, he hit me up and was like, 'Man, you should go back and get it.' And I just went back and got it."

Lil Wayne went back and got his GED, and Quavo told Wayne last year that he was his inspiration for going back to school.
