Artists like Neil Young and Joni Mitchell recently pulled their music off of Spotify in protest of Joe Rogan, who they allege is spreading misinformation about COVID-19 on his podcast. Since then, Joe Rogan has responded and went as far as issuing an apology.
Rogan went on to say he is okay with the disclaimer Spotify has for when guests speak against proven science, a disclaimer that will ask people to speak to their physicians, and point out that the views of the guests are contrary to experts. From there, Rogan apologized to Spotify, as the streaming service received much backlash for the views of guests on Rogan’s show. Watch above.
