According to reports, the five men charged in the murder of Chicago rapper FBG Duck will not face the death penalty after a decision from federal prosecutors on Wednesday. If the men are found guilty of murder, the feds have agreed not to seek the death penalty. 

The indictment was unsealed back in October and the suspects included: "Charles Liggins, also known as "C Murda," 30; Kenneth Roberson, also known as "Kenny" and "Kenny Mac," 28; Tacarlos Offerd, also known as "Los," 30; Christopher Thomas, also known as "C Thang," 22; and Marcus Smart, also known as "Muwop," 22, are charged with murder in aid of racketeering and federal firearm violations and assaults in aid of racketeering."
