Controversial on-air sports personality, Jason Whitlock does not pull punches when it comes to figureheads in the world of professional sports who have aligned themselves with BLM, the LGBTQ+ community or any point of view that he deems too liberal. In the past, he has condemned LeBron James for his stance on police reform and he also verbally attacked Colin Kaepernick for taking a social stance by calling him an "ungrateful clown" who has "severe daddy issues."

So, when Brian Flores dropped a bombshell on the infrastructure of the NFL's "Rooney Rule," it was only a matter of time before Jason Whitlock picked up the conservative mantle and proceeded to pick apart yet another former athlete who voiced their opinion on the imperfections of the American workplace. When addressing Brian Flores's lawsuit against the NFL for alleedly having racist hiring practices on his daily podcast called Fearless With Jason Whitlock, not only did Jason Whitlock second guess the case but he also questioned the former coach's blackness.

"There's a profile of the black guys who loves to go full-blown Malcolm X...they never love to go full-blown Betty Shabazz, they love to go 'Becky' Shabazz and Brian Flores fit the profile. That sounds like a vicious personal shot, it's not. It's just a fact that needs to be addressed and covered and for people to understand. I don't have a problem with Brian Flores and his wife...his White wife," Jason Whitlock said.

Jason Whitlock continued saying, "These guys spend every moment of their life, after marrying a white woman trying to prove how Black they are. These are just facts. Brian Flores went out and recruited and hired and married a head coach for his family. And he made the same damn decision that he says these NFL owners keep making. When it came time for his head coach, he didn't choose a Black head coach, he chose a White one. And that's part of the reason why he's now suing the NFL and now portraying himself as Harriet Tubman, Martin Luther King, Fredrick Douglas [and] all this other crap. These guys need to sit on a therapist couch, talk to their mama, talk to their daddy, talk to their wives about whatever hangups they have about the decisions that they've made in their personal lives and quit trying to work them out on NFL football fields. This is Colin Kaepernick 2.0 to a tee."
