In a Vogue feature published on Wednesday, Kim Kardashian opened up about the tumultuous divorce between her and Kanye West and what made her eventually call it quits on their marriage.
While Kim insists that she only speaks glowingly of Ye in the presence of their children, she spoke about how difficult it is to maintain that front in the face of their turmoil.
At one point in the interview Kim explains her rationale behind the divorce. "For so long, I did what made other people happy," she said. "And I think in the last two years I decided, I'm going to make myself happy. And that feels really good. And even if that created changes and caused my divorce, I think it's important to be honest with yourself about what really makes you happy. I've chosen myself. I think it's okay to choose you."
In response to the interview, Kanye wrote, "GOD PLEASE BRING OUR FAMILY BACK TOGETHER."
