In this clip, DJ Akademiks talked about the development of the Complex's "Everyday Struggle" and how he and Joe Budden came into the fold during the company's transition from print media to video/visual media. That transition wasn't totally smooth though. According to Ak, Complex had a very difficult time monetizing the popular morning show on YouTube.
