Billie Eilish responded to Kanye West's demand for an apology to Travis Scott and the relatives of the victims of the Astroworld tragedy after she halted a recent performance to give a fan an inhaler who was having trouble breathing. She reportedly said, "I wait for the people to be okay before I keep going."
This clearly rubbed Kanye the wrong way who took to social media demanding she apologize for her remarks. “Come on Billie we love you please apologize to Trav and to the families of the people who lost their lives no one intended this to happen,” West wrote on IG. “Trav didn’t have any idea of what was happening when he was on stage and was very hurt by what happened.”
Kanye went on to say that he would hold out on performing at Coachella this year if Eilish doesn't issue an apology.
Eilish commented directly on Ye's post and said, "literally never said a thing about Travis. was just helping a fan."
