Kodak Black recently chopped it up with Yung Joc & The Streetz Morning with Mz Shyneka & Shawty Shawty, who asked him about his relationship with Master P.
Shawty Shawty stated that Master P previously stated that he reached out to Kodak to mentor him, but he was met with the cold shoulder. However, Kodak remembers things differently. Kodak stated that Master P reached out, and he made his way out to New Orleans to participate in some charitable acts around the city.
Kodak says less than a month after hanging around Master P, the No Limit founder started asking for a 10-20% commission on unspecified things. Kodak also claimed that Master P tried to slip in a contract, but the final straw in their relationship came over a backpack giveaway.
Kodak explained that Master P didn't want to give kids name-brand backpacks, or provide food at the event. After making calls to vendors, Kodak decided to put on the giveaway himself, and he told Master P that he wanted to do it alone. Kodak added that he told Master P to pull up, but he eventually didn't show up, and Kodak also stated that police threatened to arrest him when he arrived. You can hear more above.
