Recently, ex-NBA player Jason “White Chocolate” Williams made a claim about Kobe Bryant that has now gone viral. The player went on to say he is “not even sure” Bryant is in the top 5 Los Angeles Lakers players of all time.
While on the ‘Players Choice’ podcast, Williams was asked where he thought Kobe was on an all-time player ranking. Williams said, “I haven't really thought about where I got Kobe. But, Kobe's not as high on my list as people would think he should be.” He continued saying, “I'm not even sure he's on the top five of the all-time greatest Lakers. ”
It’s noted that Williams played Kobe numerous times throughout his NBA career while on teams like the Sacramento Kings, Orlando Magic, Miami Heat, and more. After speaking his part, one of the hosts agreed with Williams while the others refuted his opinion. Watch above.
