Latto has been getting herself prepared for the release of her ’777’ album and recently has been doing press to speak on the project. While talking to Big Boy, the rapper noted the difficulties she’s faced along the way, specifically referencing men in the music industry.
“I’m clearing my album right now, and it’s been difficult to deal with these men,” said Latto to Big Boy. She continued saying, “They don’t know how to keep it business.”
Latto was asked to explain what she meant, as it was clear she was referring to a specific person. The rapper continued saying, “I don’t care, baby, Imma just keep it 100. It’s a feature on my album that it was difficult to clear, and they like, tryna… Drop they nuts on me because I won’t respond to a DM.” Latto’s response caused Big Boy to say “really,” with Big Boy asking if the artist would still be on the album. “Just because I love the song so much, and I had to turn it in yesterday, so I didn’t really have a choice.
