The former Governor of Illinois states that although the rule was originally put in place by his predecessor, George Ryan, he still opposes the death penalty. As the discussion continues, Blagojevich talks about why the NRA opposed his stance on gun control. The Chicago native goes on to explain that he is not as against the notion of people owning guns as he once was.
