Part 2: OG Maco on Signing to Quality Control While on Probation for Armed Robbery

In this clip, OG Maco spoke about growing up in the College Park neighborhood in Atlanta, and he went on to speak about other artists from there, including Lil Jon, 2 Chainz, and Gunna. Speaking more about Gunna, OG Maco revealed that they went to high school together, and OG Maco pointed out that Gunna stood out even back then. OG Maco then described himself as a "typical geek" in high school, adding that he was in band and science fairs. He also spoke about starting a hardcore rock band his junior year, and OG Maco went on to speak about his musical background dating back to playing multiple instruments as a child, particularly stringed instruments such as the guitar and the violin. He discussed getting into rap at a much later time in life and when he finally did get into rapping, OG Maco detailed what made him take it serious as both a musical outlet and as a form of income.
