Recently, video footage surfaced of Kevin Gates and Summer Walker near each other in a club, with the rapper trying to touch on Walker, despite her cues noting she didn’t want to be touched. The move by Gates was puzzling, considering the rapper has made it clear over the years that he doesn’t want anyone putting their hands on him at all. Now, Walker’s boyfriend has taken to Instagram with his thoughts, seemingly addressing the rapper in the process.
LVRD Pharoh posted multiple pictures of him and Summer Walker, who was dressed in a ‘70s-like all-white dress and top. Walker appears to be happy in each photo, and her boyfriend delivered a caption that appears to be aimed at Gates. “She Good Bro 😂❤️👅,” said LVRD Pharoh. Take a look above.

Over the years, rapper Kevin Gates has made it abundantly clear, in a litany of interviews, that he prefers not to be touched by anyone, even if his stance makes the rest of the discussion awkward. So, because he has established such stern personal boundaries, it came as a surprise to many when a video clip surfaced of him touching R&B songstress Summer Walker in what appears to have been an afterparty celebration in her honor.
When fans caught wind of the video clip on Twitter, they were quick to point out that touching the platinum-selling artist repeatedly was the very thing that he had asked others not to do to him.
"I know this ain’t the same Kevin Gates who don’t like to be touched, touching all over Summer Walker," said a user on Twitter.
While another fan chimed in, "Read her body language: she is gently pushing him away and she’s also gently pulling her hand back. He keeps grabbing her hand…. She isn’t feeling that. This actually makes me look at him differently now."
