Ever since the global COVID-19 pandemic began, police forces in Germany have engaged in a litany of raids in order to combat the phenomenon that has become the act of obtaining and/or selling forged vaccination cards. A 60-year-old German man, who will remain unidentified in accordance with German law, found a way to manipulate the system. His tactic was simple, all he had to do was get a vaccination shot at a different vaccination center, across the eastern state of Saxony, until he amassed a large enough collection to commence the illegal act of selling forged vaccination cards.
The 60-year-old perpetrator was successful in getting 90 vaccination shots. Authorities finally tracked him down several months into his illegal activity, at a vaccination center in Eilenburg, where he conspicuously showed up two days in a row for a vaccination shot. The cops arrived shortly thereafter and arrested him upon confiscating several blank vaccination cards.
