In this clip, King Los talks about "Control" by Kendrick Lamar and the way in which it put rappers on notice back in 2013. He explains why he clapped back at K-Dot with a version of his own and the respect he earned from the Compton native in the process. King Los goes on to share that when he later met Kendrick Lamar they took a photo together, with his son Brixton. The Baltimore rapper revealed that he would love to use the photo that was taken as artwork for a collaboration between him and Kendrick Lamar someday. As the discussion continues, King Los talks about an epic "Diddy Rant" that he recorded and later wanted to use for his album before French Montana hijacked his idea and used it for his LP instead.
As the conversation moves along, King Los opened up about meeting Lil Wayne after asking Mack Maine to introduce him at a Revolt event. King Los explained that he had a brief exchange with Wayne, but he made it clear that he was a big fan of his. Around 5 am the following morning, King Los said he got a call from Mack Maine telling him that Wayne wanted to get in the studio with him. Much to King Los' surprise, Wayne was in the studio alone, and they vibed and recorded "No Reason," which was on Wayne's "No Ceilings 2" mixtape.
