Update 04/13/2022 2:41pm:

New York City police have placed Frank James under arrest just one day after he allegedly carried out a horrific mass shooting at a subway station in Brooklyn.

According to reports, the prime suspect was spotted at a McDonald's on East 6th Street and First Avenue (in the East Village) before law enforcement received a Crime Stoppers tip. Since the shooting, the 62-year-old managed to evade the cops for more than 24 hours because he disguised himself as a construction worker immediately following the shootings.

James almost evaded the police once again as he left the fast-food restaurant moments before they arrived. Nevertheless, the cops caught up with him a few blocks down the street, near St. Mark’s Place and First Avenue, and placed him under arrest. He is currently being held at the 9th Precinct and is expected to be charged by federal prosecutors with terror-related offenses.
