The two people accused of killing Memphis rapper Young Dolph recently made an appearance in court to face charges connected to the rapper.

This past week, Justin Johnson and Cornelius Smith appeared in a Shelby County courtroom to face first-degree murder related to Dolph’s shooting outside of Makeda’s Cookies in Memphis. Reports noted Cornelius Smith’s bond hearing was reset to allow attorneys more time to gather witnesses to testify. Johnson and Smith’s attorneys are reportedly waiting to receive video evidence and other discovery. Along with that, Smith’s hearing date would be on May 27th. Johnson’s report date will be on May 27th, as he was previously sentenced to 24 months in prison for violating stipulations of a supervised release.

An arrest warrant was issued for a third man named Shundale Bartnett for first-degree murder and an attempted first-degree murder charge. Bartnett remains at large after being told he should be released from the Clay County Jail. According to the U.S. Marshals Service, the man also faces theft of property charges.
