Producer DJ Mustard reportedly filed for divorce from his wife, Chanel Theirry, after only one year of marriage.

According to reports, Mustard filed for a dissolution of marriage on Monday, citing irreconcilable differences as the reason for the split. The longtime couple, who met as teenagers, got married in October 2020 after getting engaged in 2018. At the time of their engagement, Mustard and Theirry had been together for eight years.

The megaproducer claims the former couple entered into a pre-marital agreement, so their property and assets should be divided accordingly. While the agreement will determine the spousal support, child support will be based on Mustard and Theirry's individual income.

According to court documents, Mustard is asking that his "jewelry and other personal effects" be considered his sole and separate property, along with "earning and accumulations…before marriage, during marriage and from and after the date of separation."

DJ Mustard is reportedly asking the judge for joint legal and physical custody of the couple's three kids, whose ages vary from 2 to 10. Neither DJ Mustard nor Chanel Theirry has publicly commented on the divorce.
